Key Responsibilities
Working as a barista you will be responsible for teh following:
- Crafting a diverse range of espresso-based beverages and pour-over coffees with precision and artistic flair.
- Maintaining impeccable cleanliness and organization of the bar area, equipment, and customer spaces.
- Engaging customers with warm hospitality, expertly guiding them through menu options and offering personalized recommendations.
- Managing inventory of coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other consumables, ensuring timely reordering to prevent stockouts.

Skills and Experience
The company requires the ideal candidates to have the following:
- Possession of a High School Diploma or equivalent is a foundational requirement.
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in a fast-paced coffee shop or café environment.
- Demonstrated expertise in various coffee brewing methods, including espresso, pour-over, and cold brew.
- Strong understanding of coffee bean origins, flavor profiles, and latte art techniques.
